isso pode ate dar certo mas aqui no brasil eu duvido, tem muito “tc de segurança” sem a minima noção de obra e vai acaba amarrando a obra, e obra sobre comando de quem não sabe oque faz não anda. e da acidente porque atraza no inicio por ecesso de “segurança” e depois pra cumpri o prazo liberam a galera pra correr e ai vem os riscos e ate as morte.
